Belt conveyors
- Their structure can be made of enclosed stainless-steel profiles or bent sheet sidewalls
- We provide conveyors as straight, inclined (with trusses and bellows) or in 1× or 2× angledvariant
- We use hygienic sealed bearings and belts with central guide wedge as a standard, which ensures stable running and longer belt life
Modular conveyors
- Their structure can be made of enclosed stainless-steel profiles or bent stainless-steel sidewalls
- They come equipped with hygienic sealed bearings as a standard
- The belt can be solid or perforated (according to the catalogue)
- Their major benefit is easy repairs – the damaged part is simply replaced with a new module
Detection conveyors
- Rejection is done either into the lockable box or just by stopping the belt
- Depending on the type of packaging and product, we use different rejection methods
- Air blowing (lightweight packaging)
- Piston ejection
- Tilting a part of the conveyor
- The conveyors are all manufactured of stainless steel, including the switchboard with protection up to IP68. They are equipped with reliable MESUTRONIC detectors
For the wood processing industry, we also offer a special conveyor designed for detection of metals in round timber.
Screw conveyors
We produce screw conveyors up to 600 mm diameter and 6,000 mm in length.
- We supply them in two versions:
- Trough – easy to clean, therefore ideal for transporting wet raw materials
- Tube – most often used for transporting dry mixtures
- Most conveyors utilize a packing system at the transition between the shaft and the gearbox
- The gearbox is always mounted directly on the screw shaft, without unnecessary intermediate elements, which increases efficiency
- Bearings are selected as necessary, either plain or sealed ball bearings
Cooling conveyors
Cooling conveyors are used, for example, in cereals production, where they are used for cooling and drying.
- They are designed of enclosed stainless-steel profiles
- Conveyance is provided by chain with stainless steel perforated plates
- Fans for cooling control are supplied with the conveyors as required
- A cyclone can also be installed in front of the fan to effectively separate dust from the product
Wire mesh conveyors
- Wire mesh conveyors are based on the design of belt conveyors, but they utilize a continuous wire mesh belt instead of the classic belt
- The frame is built of profiled stainless steel sidewalls
- The sprockets and friction rails are made of durable food-grade plastics
- Hygienic sealed bearings used for reliable and long-lasting operation are a matter of course
Plate conveyors
We produce plate, belt, screw, wire and modular conveyors.
We even make plate conveyors at bends of both 90° and 180° with a belt plate made of either plastic or stainless steel. The resilient construction of the sideboards and railings, combined with stainless steel and plastic sidings predestines these conveyors for a long working lifespan.
